Delivery Information

We charge Rs.300 on all orders under the value of Rs.2,500.

Orders placed by 12:00 noon (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service.

Orders received after 12:00 pm will be dispatched the next day.

Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

Delivery time is between 5 to 7 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However delivery can take up to 7 working days.

On orders above the value of Rs.15,000 we will need an advance payment. Customer will be contacted for payment information on order confirmation and the account details will be communicated then. These order will not be shipped via a courier. They will be sent via Daewoo or a similar service and would have to be picked up by the customer.

Orders weighing more than 10 KGs will be charged Rs.50 per extra KG.

Return & Refund Policy

We are happy to accept returns of unused products within 30 days of purchase for either a refund or an exchange.

To return a product, please include a copy of the invoice and specify the reason for the return.

Products should be returned via a traceable delivery method, such as courier or registered post, at your own expense. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned items.
